Cancellation requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to jennifer.johnson@simhq.org before September 28, 2012. Refunds will be issued, less a $75.00 USD administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after September 28, 2012.

Wire Transfer Payments - Please note that a wire transfer fee of $40 needs to be added to your registration total. Contact jennifer.johnson@simhq.org for bank information.  If an invoice is needed with the wire transfer fee included with your registration total, please note this in your bank information request.  If you are registering online please select the “Bill Me” option (we will add the fee).  If you are submitting a registration form, indicate that you will be paying by wire transfer.
