General

Tabletop space is limited and is assigned on a first-come first-served basis. The cost for a 2ft by 6ft draped table and a sign is $800 for SIM corporate members and $900 for non-members. Exhibitors will be permitted to register two representitives for each tabletop. We are offering exhibitors the same meals and events as meeting attendees, at a reduced cost which includes: Sunday and Monday evening poster receptions, breakfast Monday - Wednesday, banquet on Wednesday as well as all breaks. Additional representatives must register as attendees.

Advertising Opportunities

Exhibitors are welcome to advertise in either the Meeting Program, or the Mar/Apr issue of SIM News, which will be distributed to all meeting attendees. More Information
