Booth Pricing

   Prime space: add $200
   Non-prime corner: add $100
All receptions, poster session, lunches and coffee breaks are held in the exhibit hall to provide for maximum traffic to your booth.

Space Assignment

Contracts should be mailed or faxed to 703-691-7991. Space assignment begins March 17. Spaces will be assigned in order of receipt of application with payment in full. Corporate members and returning exhibitors will have priority in space selection, if the application is received before March 3. All other space will be assigned on a first-come, first-assigned basis.

Exhibitor showcases

Exhibitor showcases will be held Monday, August 2 and Tuesday, August 3 from 7 am - 8 am in a separate meeting room.

  • Open only to 2010 exhibitors
  • Limit 2 showcases per exhibiting company.
  • Slots assigned on first-come, first-served basis.
  • Showcases are $200 per 10-minute time slot and may consist of presentations of new products, company profiles, etc. Continental breakfast is served.
  • An LCD and screen are provided.
  • Only handheld equipment is permitted for showcases as time will not be available for setup. Handout materials are encouraged.

Advertising Opportunities

Exhibitors are welcome to advertise in either the Meeting Program, or the Mar/Apr issue of SIM News, which will be distributed to all meeting attendees. More Information
