Conference Registration
Full conference registration includes the welcome reception, continental breakfasts Monday - Wednesday, daily refreshments, poster session receptions/buffet, conference banquet, conference program and abstracts.
Only full registrations will receive the conference proceedings.

Online registration closes April 15 at midnight. Onsite registration at the Astor Crowne Plaza hotel will open May 4 at 8:30 am.

Cancellations
All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to meetings@simhq.org
and sent no later than March 30, 2007. Refunds will be issued, less a $75 administrative fee. No
refunds will be issued after March 30, 2007.
Note: Personnel substitutions may be made in lieu of cancellation.
