Poster teardown. All posters must be removed no later than 3:00 pm on Wednesday or they may be discarded.

Each poster session is three (3) hours in length. Authors should be available during that time to answer questions, expand on the material and take part in discussions. The following guidelines have been adopted.
  1. The poster board surface area is 4 feet high by 4 feet wide. There will be 2 posters per side of each 4 foot x 8 foot poster board. Larger posters may not overlap another. Failure to show courtesy to fellow presenters may result in removal of a poster.

  2. Posters should be mounted on assigned boards only. Locate your poster number in the meeting program. Your poster number will be posted on your board prior to setup. Please do not write, draw or paste on the poster boards.

  3. Charts, drawings and illustrations should be at least 11”x14” on regular weight paper. Type should be easily legible at a distance of several feet. Figure legends should be short but informative. Availability of hand-out materials and photocopies of the abstract is helpful.

  4. Poster pins will be available at the SIM registration desk.
