General Information

All meeeting sessions will be held at the Tower Building of the Adams Mark Hotel

Registration
On-site registration and distribution of meeting packets to pre-registrants will take place in the North Convention Lobby - Second Floor, during the following hours:
Sunday, April 29, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Monday, April 30, 7:15 am - 5:00 pm
Tuesday, May 1, 7:15 am - 12:00 pm
Wednesday, May 2, 7:15 am - 5:00 pm

Programs will be distributed at the meeting to all attendees. Extra copies of the meeting program at the meeting site are $50. Name badges must be worn for admittance to the scientific sessions, exhibits and special functions. Smoking is not permitted in the hotel.

Tabletop exhibits
Located in the North Convention Lobby
Company representatives will be available during the Symposium to discuss their company's products and/or services. Stop by and visit the exhibitors during the show hours listed in the program.

Wednesday Night Banquet Information
Reception starts at 6:00pm in the South Convention Lobby. Banquet begins at 7:00pm, which includes the awards presentation and our guest speaker, Dr. Noubar Afeyan, CEO of Flagship Ventures.

Our Entertainment for the Evening - the SAVOY Orchestra following the banquet talk.

Information and message center
Messages and announcements will be posted on the bulletin board in the Registration Area and updated daily. In case of emergency, registrants may be contacted through the Adams Mark Hotel Denver, Colorado at (303) 893-3333.

Continental Breakfast
Continental Breakfast will be served to all Registrants in the North Convention Lobby during the following hours:
Monday - Wednesday, 7:15 - 8:00am

Invited Speakers' Breakfast
A breakfast for invited speakers will be served in the Tower Court D Room during the following hours:
Monday - Wednesday, 7:15 - 8:00am

Prior to their session, speakers should coordinate delivery of their presentations with their chairs.

Editor's Desk
The editor's desk will be open in North Convention Lobby Sunday, April 29th from 10:00am to 5:00pm t hroughout the Symposium.

Speaker ready room
Speakers may review their presentations in the Aspen Room - Mezzanine Level during the following hours:
Sunday, 8:15 am - 8:00 pm
Monday - Wednesday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Internet Café
An Internet Café will available to all attendees and their guests in the Tower Court Room A during Symposium hours.
