Sunday, August 10

Poster setup will begin at 1:00pm. Poster setup must be completed no later than 5:00 pm on Sunday.
Poster Session 1/reception will be from 7:15 - 9:15pm.

Monday, August 11

Poster Session 2/reception will be from 4:30 - 6:30pm.

Wednesday, August 13

Please Note: Poster and exhibit hall teardown will begin at 8:00am. All posters must be removed from the exhibit hall no later than 12:00 noon on Wednesday. Posters left up beyond that time may be discarded.

Poster Guidelines

Each poster session is two hours in length. Authors should be available during that time to answer questions, expand on the material and take part in discussions. The following guidelines have been adopted.

  1. Abstracts scheduled for poster session presentation will be grouped by topic. Poster sessions will be held: Sunday, August 10 and Monday, August 11. You will be notified of your session and time via email.
  2. Posters should be mounted on assigned boards. Locate your poster number in the meeting program. Your poster number will be posted on your board prior to setup. Poster pins will be available at the registration desk.
  3. Poster size is 4' x 4'. There will be two posters per side of the 4' x 8' board. Larger posters may not overlap others. Failure to extend courtesy to other presenters may result in removal of a poster.
  4. A copy of your abstract in large type should be posted if space permits. Hand-out materials and photocopies of the abstract are helpful.
  5. Charts, drawings and illustrations should be at least 11" x 14". Type should be easily legible at a distance of several feet. Figure legends are essential and should be short but informative. Please do not write, draw or paste on the poster boards.
